It was a day to celebrate on the 12th May for Karate student Barry Houghton. After many years of committment, focus and dedicated training Barry Passed his 3rd Dan Black Belt in Sankukai Karate. UPDATE ON SUNDAY CLASSES & BANK HOLIDAYS
Commencing Sunday 5th May there will be three addtional classes available at Haden Hill. Little Dragons Karate 9.30-10.15am, Karate Juniors and Adults 10.30-11.15am and Thai Boxing Juniors & Adults 11.30-12.15pm. The classes at the Crystal leisure centre on Sunday afternoons have now stopped for the summer months with the view to re start in the Autumn.
