Rob Lock’s Academy in Dudley offers a comprehensive and well-structured timetable to cater to martial arts enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels. The academy’s full time table includes a variety of classes throughout the week, ensuring that everyone can find a suitable time to train.

On Mondays, the academy starts with Junior Muay Thai Boxing for children aged 4-6 at 5:00 PM, followed by sessions for ages 7-9 at 6:00 PM, and 10-12 at 7:00 PM. The day concludes with a Muay Thai Boxing class for teens and adults at 8:00 PM.

Tuesdays feature Junior Karate for children aged 4-6 at 5:00 PM, and Sankukai Karate for ages 7 and up at 6:00 PM. These classes are designed to accommodate beginners and those progressing through the ranks.

On Wednesdays, the schedule mirrors Monday’s with Junior Muay Thai Boxing classes starting at 5:00 PM for ages 4-6, 6:00 PM for ages 7-9, and 7:00 PM for ages 10-12. The evening wraps up with a Muay Thai Boxing session for teens and adults at 8:00 PM.

Thursdays offer Junior Karate for children aged 4-6 at 5:00 PM, followed by Sankukai Karate for ages 7 and up at 6:00 PM. These sessions are perfect for beginners and those advancing in their training.

The academy also opens on Sundays, starting with Junior Karate for ages 4-6 at 9:30 AM, and continuing with sessions for older children and adults throughout the morning. The day includes Junior Muay Thai Boxing for ages 4-9 at 12:30 PM, and a combined class for ages 10 and up, including adults, at 1:30 PM.
