Bored of Lazy sunday mornings, then you will be delighted to hear that we are starting NEW sunday morning classes at Haden Hill leisure Centre from the 5th may. Mixed Junior and Adult classes are available too so if you want to train as a family you are welcome.
Little Dragons 9.30-10.15, Karate Juniors & Adults 10.30-11.15am & Thai Boxing Juniors & Adults 11.30-12.15pm
From 5th may we will be offering 10 classes a week at Haden Hill plus the many other classes around the region.
