Adult Only Karate Classes

Rob Lock’s Academy is proud and excited to announce the launch of our brand‑new Adult Only Karate Classes, created specifically for students aged 16 and over who want focused, disciplined, and empowering martial arts training. These sessions provide a dedicated environment where adults can develop strong fundamentals, refine technique, and build confidence at a pace and intensity suited to mature learners. Whether you’re completely new to karate or returning after time away, our adult classes offer a welcoming space to grow, progress, and challenge yourself.

Beginning this October, our Adult‑Only Karate Classes will run every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00pm to 8:45pm, giving you two consistent evening opportunities each week to train. This schedule is ideal for those balancing work, family, or other commitments, offering a structured session that fits neatly into busy lifestyles. Each class is led by experienced instructors who understand the needs of adult students, ensuring you receive clear guidance, technical development, and supportive coaching throughout your journey.

These new sessions are offered in addition to our existing timetable, expanding the range of training options available at Rob Lock’s Academy. Our goal is to provide more flexibility and more opportunities for our community to stay active, learn new skills, and enjoy the many physical and mental benefits of martial arts. By adding adult‑only classes, we’re able to give older students a focused training environment while still maintaining our full schedule of children’s and mixed‑age sessions.
