Your child will train in the use of punches, kicks, knee, and elbow strikes on pads, plus sparring skills with a code of safety at all times. Our instructors ensure that safety is a top priority, so children can learn and practice techniques in a controlled and secure environment.

We operate a junior grading syllabus from beginner to Junior Black Belt. This structured approach allows children to progress through different levels, gaining new skills and knowledge as they advance. Each grading is an opportunity for students to demonstrate their improvement and earn recognition for their hard work.

All classes are split into smaller groups by grades and ages: 4-6 years, 7-9 years, and 10-12 years. This is an excellent system as children are coached according to their age and ability. By tailoring the training to each group, we ensure that every child receives the appropriate level of instruction and attention.

Incorporated in their sessions, they are taught flexibility, strength, self-defence, discipline, and respect for each other throughout all our classes.
