Hi, I’m Meg!
I started Fitness with Meg because I wanted to create a welcoming space where women can train, have fun, and feel amazing about themselves. My women’s only classes are designed to help you feel strong, confident, and empowered, whether you’re just starting out or you’ve trained before.
Each session mixes things up with a blend of strength and fitness exercises, bag and pad work, plus team and partner drills to keep it fun and supportive. The focus is on working hard, encouraging each other, and enjoying the journey, not just the results.
I love seeing women surprise themselves with what they can achieve, both physically and mentally. My aim is that you leave every class feeling fitter, happier, and more confident in your own skin.
